How we handle your data.

Plain language. No marketing. Last revised 10 May 2026.

[ WHO WE ARE ]

Nexura Infotech is a private firm registered in Chennai, India. The site at nexurainfotech.com is operated by Nexura Infotech. References to “Nexura”, “we”, “our”, and “us” mean Nexura Infotech.

If you have questions about this policy, or about how we handle your data, write to hello@nexurainfotech.com. A named principal will reply.

[ WHAT WE COLLECT ]

We collect personal data only when you submit it to us through the contact form on this site. The form has five fields: your name, your role, your organisation, your email address, and a free-text message.

Where you arrive at the contact form from one of the industry pages on this site, the form additionally records the slug of the page you came from — for example, financial-services or process-driven. This helps us route the conversation, and is treated as part of the same submission.

We do not run analytics tools on this site. We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or session-replay widgets. We do not set advertising cookies. Web-server access logs (timestamp, IP address, request URL, user agent) are retained for security and operational purposes only, and are not joined to contact-form submissions.

[ WHY WE COLLECT IT ]

We collect the contact-form data on the legal basis of legitimate interest: you have written to a firm to start a business conversation, and we use what you sent to reply, to assess fit, and to keep a record of the conversation while it is active.

We do not use contact-form data for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not pass your details to a third party for any commercial purpose.

[ WHERE WE KEEP IT ]

Submitted data is delivered to a Nexura inbox via Resend (an email-delivery service that processes mail in transit). Resend is a data processor; their privacy practices are at resend.com/privacy.

Submissions are also persisted in our own operational database (Supabase, hosted in a region we control) so we can search past conversations and route incoming messages correctly. Supabase is a data processor.

We do not transfer your data to any other third party. We do not sell or rent personal data under any circumstances.

[ HOW LONG WE KEEP IT ]

Active conversations are retained while the engagement is in scope and for two years after the last contact, so that we can pick up where we left off if you write to us again.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within thirty days of the request, except where we are required to retain a record for legal, regulatory, or accounting reasons. In that case we will tell you what we are required to keep, and for how long.

[ YOUR RIGHTS ]

Under UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to our processing of it. You also have the right to data portability where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@nexurainfotech.com. We will reply within thirty days. If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or to the Data Protection Board of India (India).

[ COOKIES ]

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. The site may set a small number of strictly-functional, session-only flags in browser storage (for example, to remember that the home-page hero entry animation has played within a session). These are not used to identify you and are not shared with any third party.

[ CHANGES TO THIS POLICY ]

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the foot of this page records the last revision. Material changes — for example, a new third-party processor, or a new category of data — will be summarised at the top of this page for at least sixty days following the change.
